  1. Can I get expedited shipping?
    Every order is shipped USPS Priority Mail, unless under 1lb (USPS First Class)
  2. When will my order be shipped?
    All orders placed before 2pm (ET) will be processed the same day. Often, orders received after 2pm (ET) are also processed same day. Should there be any issues with an order we will contact you before shipment.
  3. How do I exchange my order if I bought the wrong size?
    Please contact us to advise that you would like to return an item for an exchange. Once we acknowledge your request, please send the suit item back to us by using a trackable service. Our costs to mail the new items will need to be paid for before we can mail an exchange. These costs are at the buyers expense and can be paid via PayPal invoice, or check (payable to Matthew Subham). The postage amount will be confirmed before you send the returns back to us.
  4. How do I return an item for a refund?
    If you wish to return any item for a refund, please contact us and advise that you would like to return an item for a refund. Then please return the item to us using a trackable service. Most returns will be via USPS or UPS.
  5. How long do I have to return an item?
    All return requests must be made no later than 30 days after the goods have been received.
  6. Can I order by Phone?
    Yes. Please call 386-562-6501 to place an order by phone. Please have the billing and shipping address, and your credit card details.
  7. Do I need to register for an account to make a purchase?
    No, accounts are optional and can be created if you wish.
