Do I need to register for an account to make a purchase?

No, accounts are optional and can be created if you wish.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed before 1pm (ET) will be processed the same day, and we aim to get them out in with that days mail. Should there be any issues with an order we will contact you before shipment.

Can I get expedited shipping?

UPS 2nd Day Air is an optional upgrade. Every order is shipped UPS Ground, unless under 1lb (USPS First Class). Occasionally orders will be shipped Priority for faster delivery.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 28-day return policy. Please contact us for an RMA number to add to your return. 

To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused (though trying it on is acceptable) and be in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags intact. Additionally, the original packaging must be preserved. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, as we are unable to offer free returns. Outside of the return window, 90% store credit (in the form of gift cards) may be offered.

Restocking Fee.

Orders consisting of three or more items, or individual orders when combined, will be charged a 10% restocking fee if more than 50% of the order/orders are returned. 


Refunds.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email or message that we have successfully received and processed your returned item. Your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
