  1. Who are Malcolm Royce?

  2. Do I need to register for an account to make a purchase?
    No, accounts are optional and can be created if you wish.
  3. When will my order be shipped?
    All orders placed before 1pm (ET) will be processed the same day. Often, orders received after 1pm (ET) are also processed same day. Should there be any issues with an order we will contact you before shipment.
  4. Can I get expedited shipping?
    Every order is shipped USPS Priority Mail, unless under 1lb (USPS First Class)
  5. How do I exchange my order if I bought the wrong size?
    If you want to exchange an item(s), you must place a new order online for the item(s) you wish to purchase. Once received, we recommend comparing this to your current item before returning said item(s) to us. Once the original item(s) is returned the original credit card will be refunded. This will expedite the process so that you can receive the exchange items faster, and will ensure the correct items be sent without confusion.
  6. How do I return an item for a refund?
    If you wish to return any item for a refund, please contact us and advise that you would like to return an item for a refund. Then please return the item to us using a trackable service. Most returns will be via USPS or UPS. (Currently offering “FREE Returns”)
  7. How long do I have to return an item?
    All return requests must be made no later than 365 days after the goods have been received.
  8. Can I order by Phone?
    Yes. Please call 904-479-5864 to place an order by phone. If no answer, please text, and we will call you back. Please have the billing and shipping address. We will email the invoice so you can pay securely online.
